The values at Vision Cricket is formed upon by my knowledge throughout my time within an elite cricket environment, to pass on that information to better everyone around me to develop into cricketers but also lifelong learners.
Additionally, to create a setting where the player feels comfortable being uncomfortable, to test their limits and gain the most out of their cricketing abilities. This will allow them to grow in confidence but also trust their skills and excel with self-belief.
Moreover, Head Coach and Founder Charles Moore narrows in on and focuses directly on coach player relationship; ensuring that it is easy for them to have a conversation that is advanced and open. Coaching around the world, in Australia and England has helped broaden knowledge but also make it relatable to athletes that are at all different skill levels, languages and ages.

A current Level 1.5 Cricket Australia coach - Charles is the proud founder of Vision Cricket. After spending several years within the elite QLD pathway for underage cricket, he realized a passion for coaching and specifically high performance. With every private and academy session he will aim to make it as high quality as possible with different aspects that stand out from other coaches or programs. Passing on that knowledge I have gained from courses, mentors and personal coaches ensures that development physically, mentally and as a person is going to be achieved.
